[뉴질랜드 이민]영주권 승인 EMP프로그램
방금전 뉴질랜드 영주권 승인이 나서 소식 전해드립니다.
신청자의 경우 거의 3년전 시작했었던 뉴질랜드 영주권 EMP 프로그램을 신청하셨던 분입니다
EPM 프로그램은 한국에서 영주권을 받고 뉴질랜드로 이민을 가는 프로그램 입니다.
즉, 한국에서 하시던 일을 계속 하면서 영주권이 나온후 시간적으로 여유를 두고 뉴질랜드로 입국할수 있는 프로그램이라서 신청자 분들이 선호하는 프로그램이긴 했지만 현지의 고용계약이 어려워서 실제 실행이 쉽지 않죠.

IT 분야로 고용계약이 필요한 상황에서 운이 좋게 서둘러 관련 고용계약서를 받을수가 있었습니다.
- 2020년 1월23일에 EOI(뉴질랜드이민 의향서)를 제출했습니다.
그후 EOI가 셀력션 되고 4개월 이내에 본서류를 제출 했습니다.
- 그후 2년 넘는 시간이 코로나로 인해서 뉴질랜드 이민 프로세싱이 멈춰 있었습니다.
- 2022년 9월5일에 뜬금없이 뉴질랜드 이민성에서 본건의 영주권 프로세싱을 시작한다는 메일과 함께 서류들을 업데이트 하라고 합니다. 기간은 3일이내에 모든 서류를 업데이트 하는 것이었는데.. 주신청자에 대한 아래 내용과 함께 배우자에 대한 파트너쉽 서류를 보강하라는 것이었습니다.

If you have changed jobs, please provide updated employment contract and job description, payslips or bank statements and contact details of your new employer for verification purposes

Please also refer to Immigration Instructions at R2.1.15(a) using this link https://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/#30880.htm which state that to meet partnership requirements parties must show they are living together in a genuine and stable partnership and they have been living together in such a relationship for 12 months or more. Therefore, the evidence provided should demonstrate this. This can include correspondence and documents addressed to both or individually but at the same address. Please provide most recent evidence and that has not been previously provided.
If you have a job offer in New Zealand, please provide your signed employment agreement, job description and contact details of your perspective employer for verification purposes.
이전에 고용계약을 체결했던 업체가 코로나로 인해서 영업을 하지 않았기 때문에 새로운 업체의 고용계약이 필요한 상황 이었습니다. 3일안에 새로운 고용계약 체결이 어려우니 시간을 더 달라고 했는데 이민성에서는 안된다는 답변이 왔습니다.
다른분야도 아니고 IT 분야의 일자리 라서 눈앞이 깜깜했었죠.
긴급하게 아는 지인을 통해서 급하게 새로운 고용계약을 체결후 이민성에 통보를 했습니다.
그리고 특별한 딴지 없이 오늘 뉴질랜드 전가족 영주권이 승인 되었습니다.
거의 3년간 신청자도 마음 조리면서 기다리셨고 저또한 힘든 상황이 두번 있었는데..
첫번째는 코로나로 인해서 영주권 프로세싱이 막혔을 때이고..
두번째는 이민성에서 3일 이내에 새로운 고용계약서를 제출하라고 할때 였습니다.
뉴질랜드 이민을 진행 하면서 참 우여곡절이 많았던 케이스 라고 할수 있습니다.
뉴질랜드 이민조건이 갖추어 진 분들의 경우에 한국에서 일상생활을 하시면서 EMP프로그램을 통해서 영주권을 받은후 출국하시는 방법을 이용하시는게 좋을듯 합니다.
물론 코로나 때문에 시간이 거의 3년 가까이 걸렸지만 현재 상태로는 1~2년 정도 소요될 것으로 판단 됩니다.
